Today, 06.04.2019 , the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski attended the event organized on the occasion of the 78^th anniversary of the bombing of Shtip.

Today within the framework of the program for work of the local government in the settlement Makedonka was held action of “spring cleaning and arranging”. 

Today in the organization of Municipality of Shtip and the Primary School “Vancho Prke” was held an event in the park of Makfest in the central city area, on the occasion of 1^st of April-April Fool’s day. 

According to the signed Memorandum for cooperation between the collective for electrical and electronic equipment and waste of small portable batteries, the Company for waste management “Elkolekt” DOO Skopje and the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski through the Head of the Department of education, local economic development and public activities Biljana Kazandziska, yesterday and today were placed containers for disposal of electrical and electronic equipment in the schools.

The local government prevented the construction of residential buildings in one of the most beautiful settlements in the city, that is the place Suitlak.

The previous local government had ideas in the part of the general urban plan to build residential buildings here on this location.

According to the report of the project “Monitoring the principles of the public administration in preserving the values of good governance”, financed by the European Union, Municipality of Shtip is the most transparent Municipality in the country.

It is my duty to be the host of today’s commemoration here at the Municipality of Shtip held for the memory of the Jews from Shtip. Today we are uniting to pay tribute to our deported fellow citizens who were intercepted by the worst evil in the human history. 131 families from Shtip were forcibly taken in the morning on the 11^th of March from the former company for tobacco in Skopje, where on the 25^th of April 1943 were deported in Treblinka with a transport train.

Municipality of Shtip together with the PE “Isar” today started construction activities for the building of a new water supply line on a part of the street Sutjeska from the traffic circle on a part of the street Sutjeska to the traffic circle at the Auto-moto union.
