Today the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski together with the Minister of transport and communication, Goran Sugarevski, the Director of PE Public roads, Zoran Kitanov, the Mayor of Municipality Konche, Blagoj Iliev and the Member of the Parliament of the Republic of North Macedonia, Milevka Gjorgjieva made an insight into the construction of the express road Shtip-Radovish.

The construction of the express road Shtip-Radovish is worth 51 million euros. At this moment we are working on the first phase in a length of 23 km and according to the dynamics it is expected to be completed in the schedule in 2021.

With the construction of this road we will raise the living standard of over 170 thousand inhabitants of this region, and we will also provide benefits for about 12.000 companies which operate in these regions.

Mayor Bochvarski noted that the construction of this express road and the construction of the overall road network will have a significant impact on local and regional economic development.
