The Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski today attended the International conference for good practices for regional development in the east region held on 12 and 13^th of September at the OMC “Kiro Gligorov.

At this conference attended Deputy Minister for local selfgovernment, Dejan Pavleski, president of the Council for Development of EPR and the Mayor Nikolcho Ilijev, Director of the EPR Development Center, Dragica Zdraveva and Mayors of Municipalities from the Republic of Bulgaria.

Mayor Bochvarski also had a welcoming addressing in front of the present.

„This conference additionally enhances the good practices of all of us here, enabling us to exchange knowledge in the area of balanced regional development, thereby contributing to the realization of new projects and ideas for our communities.

As a Mayor I believe we still need to strengthen inter-municipal cooperation, as well as cooperation with other regions in Macedonia and abroad, in order for balanced development to be at a higher level and for all the municipalities to feel benefits,“ said Bochvarski.
