Today on the occasion of the 20^th of May-Firefighters’ Day, the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski visited the firefighting unit in Shtip thanking the firefighters for their dedication and professionalism in the tasks and activities that they perform on a daily basis.  

„I want to congratulate the day and wish successful activities with their noble profession and to manage to preserve many of the properties of the citizens and in some cases save human lives.

In the past months all the vehicles of TPPE SHtip in function, we have placed photovoltaic systems that will save energy and with cross border cooperation with the Municipality of Shtip we have applied for a new vehicle for TPPE Shtip” said Bochvarski.

On this day was formed the first Fire fighting unit and therefore 20^th of May is Firefighters’ Day. TPPE Shtip today performed a demonstration exercise in the High School “Jane Sandanski”.
